Payment
Payment is made through our third party payment providers PayPal or Stripe, whichever you prefer. They are the market leaders in processing online payments.
Your transaction and purchase is protected with both PayPal and Stripe.
Note we do not hold any credit/debit card details on our servers. This is all handled by our payment providers and you can find out more on how they process your sensitive information by checking out their terms of service (Paypal / Stripe).
Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your membership with us at any time. Unlike a refund (see Refund Policy below), any time left on your membership plan will be honored. For example, you take out a six months membership plan. After 3 months you decide to cancel. At this point we will cancel your contract with us however you will still have full membership functionality for a further 3 months as per your membership package allowance. Only after this additional 3 month period will your account become restricted.
Refunds Policy
You have 30 days from the date of purchasing any of our products or membership packages to see if it’s right for you. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase we will provide you with a full refund on your purchase, no questions asked.
Please note: Refunds can take between 5-10 days to process.
Availability
You are solely responsible for evaluating the fitness for a particular purpose of any downloads, programs and text available through this site. Redistribution or republication of any part of this site or its content is prohibited, including such by framing or other similar or any other means, without the express written consent of the Company. The Company does not warrant that the service from this site will be uninterrupted, timely or error free, although it is provided to the best ability. We aim to have a website up-time of 99.9%. We do not offer any form of financial compensation if on the rare occasion this target is not met.
